2 Week Plank Challenge

Right now my bikini is laughing at me, and I won’t be made fun of in my own home. If you are like me, making time to do full on cardio and weight training to get toned up just isn’t happening. I needed a simple solution with a short deadline – because I tend to get bored and move on fairly quickly. PopSugar shared a 2 Week Plank Challenge and I am all in.


The plan moves you through 5 different planks, increasing the hold time in each pose by just 5 seconds a day. I’m pretty sure I’ll die by the end of day 14, but I’ll be damned if my bikini gets the last laugh…
