I figured that this makes it a perfect candidate for a delicious smoothie. This banana split protein shake from Dashing Dish, is easy and delicious! Come one your having a taste of dessert for breakfast! Add the protein powder and get ready for the day!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Low fat Cottage Cheese (or 1 cup low fat greek yogurt) 1
- 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder 2
- 1-4 Pkts Stevia or low calorie sweetener of choice
- 3-6 Ice cubes (alter according to desired consistency)
- 1/2-1 Water (alter according to desired consistency)
- 1/2 Small Banana
- 1/4 cup Crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup Frozen strawberries
- 1 tbs Cocoa Powder
- Optional: 1-2 tbs Reddi Whip, cherry for topping
