Want to make something special and lovely for your mom this Mother’s day? What about an idea that’s easy, colorful, sweet and the best of all – doesn’t die after two days. How about making a bouquet of cupcakes!

You can start with prepackaged cupcake mix, or better yet make her favorite cake batter from scratch. Either way, it all starts from the heart and here are 3 amazing tutorials to surprise Mom with a sweet gift made especially by you with love!  Pick a version below and show mom just how much you love her.

You need the following: 

  • cupcakes
  • frosting
  • disposable piping bag or  reusable piping bag 
  • Wilton 1M tip (or a similar open star tip)
  • green tissue paper
  • clear tape
  • flower pot
  • Styrofoam ball

  • 20cm foam ball
  • Glazed pot
  • Pink gel colouring
