If you are like me you need a little something sweet after you finish dinner. This is a great, guilt-free option to please those cravings. You can add any kind of flavor if you don’t want to add the peanut butter that this recipe calls for. Guilt-Free Ice Cream – Banana “Ice cream”

What do you need:

  • 3-4 bananas, sliced and frozen (slice before freezing)
  • A spoonful of peanut butter (or any other flavor such as Nutella, Almond butter)
  • 2-3 tsp. cocoa powder
  • Food Processor
